Our Experience
NorthSouth Studios, LLC has won First Place for Best Residential Renovation Design from the North Florida American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) for both 2007 and 2008.
Ms. Ostland holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Interior Design and an Interior Architecture Diploma from the New York School of Interior Design where she won the Yale R. Burge award. While working as a team member at previous firms, Ms. Ostland was also a past recipient of First Place from the American Society of Landscape Architects, the Excellence in Design award from the Florida Contractors and Builders Association, the AIA National Honor Award for Interior Architecture, and a First Place Award from the National Symposium on Healthcare Design, among others... |

Mr. Howell has studied and implemented the art of construction for over 15 years and has had the opportunity to build many residential and commercial projects throughout the state of Florida. His particular attention to detail, and his ability to envision the design concepts has enabled us to create unique environments that have brought us accolades from our clients and others in the industry.
We are licensed interior designers, residential designers, and licensed building contractors in the state of Florida. We are members of the American Society of Interior Designers and the National Association of Home Builders. |
